Order Processing & Fulfillment Time

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Custom/Pre-Order Items: May take an additional 3–7 business days for preparation, especially for wigs or specialty textures.

Order Verification: Orders flagged for fraud or payment verification may be delayed pending confirmation.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.
Shipping Delays & Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier (e.g., weather, natural disasters, or high-volume periods).

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact the carrier first. If the issue persists, contact us at info@thebundlegang.com within 3 days of the delivery date.
International Shipping
We currently ship only within the United States. If you are an international customer interested in our products, please contact us directly to discuss options.
Wrong or Incomplete Address
If an incorrect address is provided at checkout, The Bundle Gang is not responsible for misdelivered or lost packages. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for the reshipping cost.
Order Changes & Cancellations

Lost or Stolen Packages
The Bundle Gang is not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as "delivered." Please file a claim with the shipping carrier and notify us for additional support if needed.
