1. Hygiene-Driven Final Sale
Due to the personal nature and hygiene concerns associated with hair extensions, wigs, and beauty products, all sales are final except in cases where the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please:
*Contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
*Provide your order number, photos of the defect or damage, and a description of the issue.
*Email your request to info@thebundlegang.com.
3. Return or Exchange Process
*Upon review and approval of your claim, we will provide instructions for return shipping.
*Once we receive the returned product and verify the issue, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund (excluding original shipping fees).
*Returns must be in the original packaging and unused (except for the defect or damage).
4. Non-Returnable Items
*Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper care.
*Products returned without prior approval.
*Change of mind, allergic reactions, or dissatisfaction unrelated to product defects.
5. Shipping Costs
*Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or damaged.
*We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns as we cannot be responsible for lost packages.

Delivery Time: 3-7 Business days Flat Rate Shipping
Tracking numbers are automatically emailed once hair has been shipped, after 1-2 Business days
